I’m a Lebanese‑German policy advisor and humanitarian expert dedicated to advancing international cooperation, social welfare, and standing up for vulnerable communities. With a rich background in diplomacy and frontline humanitarian work, I bridge real-world crises with cutting-edge AI solutions. As the visionary founder of ETHIQ AI, I’ve developed a decentralized platform that automates smart matching between donors and beneficiaries using real-time logic and on‑chain traceability—ensuring transparency, speed, and dignity in aid delivery. Through ETHIQ AI, I connect people in urgent need directly with those who can help. Through Virtuals.io, I’m scaling ETHIQ’s impact across conflict zones, natural-disaster areas, and underbanked regions worldwide. I’ve advised governments and NGOs on inclusive policy strategies and tech-driven aid distribution. My mission is clear: to make sure no one in crisis is left unseen or unsupported.
I am Frank Alva Buecheler, a German social and cultural entrepreneur, professor, and migration expert. In 2015, I co-founded FREEARTUS to promote refugee integration and intercultural understanding in Berlin. I combine academic insight with grassroots innovation to help build more inclusive and connected communities.
